MPI Expands Width Capability for UV Curing Unit
In May 2003, the MPI facility in Winchester, MA installed
a fully operational UV curing unit capable of coating widths
up to 82". The addition of the custom designed
IST UV system will enhance and expand the company's product spectrum. MPI currently
processes a wide variety of film and paper-based products on three Electron
Beam lines
with maximum web-widths ranging from 60" to
82".
