A Wider Spectrum with
UV!
With the addition of a wide-web UV line in 2003,
MPI has substantially increased the range of available silicone
release levels and has broadened the types of topcoats and finishes
we can provide.
The addition of a third EB line and a pilot line expanded our web
widths from 24” to
82”. We continue to respond to the changing
requirements of our customers.

MPI’s
3 wide-web coaters are capable of high-speed continuous operation
utilizing countless custom and proprietary technologies
to coat master rolls of paper and film ranging from 25 gauge
to 50 Mil.
The coaters are ideal for thermally sensitive substrates; they offer greater
dimensional stability, durability and aesthetically superior finished products.
Capability = Versatility
Technologically advanced coaters, like people, have distinct personalities;
MPI designs precise processes that make products “runnable” on
several machines. The customer’s product flow continues, even through
