Before we go to our production line, we produce test quantities on a pilot coater in the lab, and ensure that we can meet the functionality specified. Once that is complete, if we have the right chemistry in hand, or can get it quickly from one of our coating suppliers, you can expect one week turnaround for 90% of trial quantity requests.
